Qui si desidera celebrare le sue qualità di costruttore-pilota di moto da regolarità che, oggi più di ieri, sono considerate dagli esperti del settore delle autentiche opere d'arte, è infatti riuscito a coniugare le esigenze del pilota, che dalla propria moto pretende affidabilità e prestazioni, ad una linea molto innovativa per quegli anni.
Fa una certa impressione paragonare le moto di oggi, pur altamente tecnologiche, affidabili e molto potenti, ma difficilmente riconoscibili quasi fossero dei cloni privi d'anima, alle meraviglie create dalla geniale matita di Giorgio, che già si distaccavano dai diversificati dettami dell'epoca, quasi a voler ribadire che il "genio" deve essere lasciato libero di interpretare forma e sostanza, fino a riuscire a rivoluzionare un settore già di per se in quegli anni in deciso fermento.
Tutta la creazione di Giorgio è permeata da questa filosofia che si evidenzia già dal primo modello, sicuramente innovativo per misure e soluzioni, passando per il secondo, caratterizzato dal filtro sul serbatoio che permetteva l'attraversamento di guadi con maggior sicurezza merito di una geniale aspirazione dell'aria, fino al terzo dalle linee innovative-rivoluzionarie, vera anticamera alla costruzione del quarto modello, autentico compendio di tutte le esperienze maturate sui difficili campi di gara, da lui stesso e dai suoi valenti piloti e riconosciuto dall'unanime critica come il risultato finale e ottimale di tutte le esperienze precedenti.
Oggi le moto Mazzilli sono ricercatissime dai collezionisti stante la loro altissima qualità e rarità.

He has in fact managed to combine the needs of the rider, who demands from his motorbike reliability and performance, a very innovative line for those years.
It makes a certain impression to compare today's motorbikes, although highly technological, reliable and very powerful, but difficult to recognize as if they were clones without a soul, to the wonders created by Giorgio's brilliant pencil, which already distanced themselves from the diversified dictates of the time. , almost as if to reiterate that the "genius" must be left free to interpret form and substance, to the point of being able to revolutionize a sector that was already in itself in great turmoil in those years.
