Martin J Shelley established the ANA Cycle Works, 430 Rathdowne Street, North Carlton, Victoria in 1905. Motorcycle production began in 1910 and continued until 1919. ANA fitted engines from Fafnir, JAP, Precision, King Dick, MAG and DeLuxe, driving through Sturmey-Archer gearboxes. The Australian-built Nexus gearbox was also used.
A restored 1919 V-twin exists.
