A Brief History of the Italian Marque
Giordano Spairani opened a workshop in Pavia in 1947 where he performed bicycle and motorcycle repairs, and was an agent for DKW and BMW.
Established as a manufacturer of quality bicycle frames, he developed a version using Mosquito auxiliary engines, beginning production in 1950 with a tubular frame and pressed steel forks.
It appears that only about twenty machines were built.
