After Guiller Frères split up, Guiller S.A. was established by two sons of Pierre Guiller.
In late 1954 they merged with the AGF Faizant firm.
Motorcycles:
Alezan 125: AMC 125 Series A OHV
Alezan 175: AMC 175 Series C OHV 4-speed
Bol d´Or 125: Ydral AJ54 4-speed
Bol d´Or 175: Ydral AJ55 4-speed
Criterium 125: Ydral AJ54 4-speed, solo saddle
Criterium 175: Ydral AJ55 4-speed, solo saddle
Montlhery 125/175: as per Criterium, but with dual seat and fully enclosed chainguard.
Prima 125 / 175: as per Alezan but with dual seat
Mopeds:
H-2: Himo 48 cc, rear brake only
HT-2: telescopic forks, drum brakes F&R.
HT-22: as per HT2, but 5L tank and colour variations.
HB-2: as per HT22, but different h/b controls and much chrome.
M-4: Mistral 50 E engine
MT-4: similar to M-4 but with telescopic fork and drum brakes
MT-14: similar to M-4 but with Mistral 56 B 48 cc engine.
ML-24: similar to M-14.
MB-44: similar to ML-24, exhaust differs.
MP-14 MP-24 MP-44: all similar, with Mistral 56 B engine.
