Production dates: 1922-1925*
Busse Kraftfahrzeug AG of Magdeburg designed and built motorcycles with strong frames with engines of 118cc to 250cc
Models A 22 and B 22 were offered in 1922 fitted with a 143cc DKW two-stroke engine. These were later fitted with 118cc DKW engines to qualify for the 0.75 h.p. tax-free rules.
In the second half of 1923 the B 23 model arrived powered by an overhead-valve, four-stroke a Late in 1924 two new machines were displayed at the Berlin Automobile Exhibition, the B 24 D and the B 25 M. The B 24 D had numerous improvements and is believed to have been fitted with a 3 hp DKW Type Z Model II. It was said to achieve 65 kp/h with good fuel economy. The
B 25 M sported a 250cc Baumi engine.
Busse built a number of Lastendreiräder fitted with two different engines - a smaller one for the tax-free bracket, and a larger engine for heavier loads and longer journeys.
Total output of the factory was around 1100 machines.
Many motorcycle businesses failed in 1925 due to hyperinflation. It is likely that Busse ceased activity that year.
