A Brief History of the Marque


In partnership with Louis Remy, Albert Boulangier built motorcycles from 1922 to 1931 at 1 rue d'Issy Billancourt (Seine).

The firm built heavy touring machines powered by JAP, LMP, Chaise and Madoz engines, and lighter motorcycles with powerplants from Moussard, SICAM and P.S.

    1926 Type CS 175cc Grand sport OHV
    1926 Type D 175cc
    1926 Type E 250cc Touriste
    1930-31 C7 Pyrénées 250cc

    1930-32 G Sport 350cc
    1932 HB 500cc

There were several other Stella motorcycles including a German machine built in the late 1950s, an Italian Stella by Max Türkheimer, another built in Treviso, and an American Stella.
