A Brief History of the Marque

Manufactured: Rene Arliquie of rue Duchesne-Rabier, Montargis (Loiret) in the 1950s.

Arliguie was a French bicycle manufacturer who also marketed powered bicycles (cyclomoteurs), scooters and 125cc motorcycles using engines from Alter, AMC, Briban, Comet, Le Poulain, Myster, Vimer and Ydral. The last of these were produced in 1956.

Silver Star - Comet engine, 2 speed. 1954. Moped. [1]
Racing: 49cc Al'ter engine. 1955 Moped. [2]
Standard: 49cc Al'ter engine. 1955 Moped.
Simoun: 49cc Junior engine. 1954 Moped.
L'Ouragan: 98cc Comet (Cocymo) engine. Scooter.
