Golbi Motorcycles

Address: Ravensteinstraat. 46 Brussel

Although advertised as a Belgian marque, it was manufactured in Germany by Norbert Riedel of Imme. Presented at the 1949 Brussels Motor Show, the Golbi had a surprisingly powerful 100cc (52x47mm) horizontal engine which developed 4.5 hp at 5,800 rpm, and a 3-speed gearbox.

The Golbi, which incorporated the Imme bee in its logo, found few buyers due in large part to the unusual aspects of its design. It was offered for sale with a pricetag of 9,995 BEF.
