The new Staintune system for the BMW R1200 S is sleek, sexy and exactly what you’d expect from the worlds “Pipes of Perfection”. If you’ve ever seen the BMW R1100 S system, which has acquired a cult following for years, then you’ll be impressed by this new leap in Staintune innovation.
Performance
A modest gain of 4 Hp with just the mufflers fitted and a further 1.5 Hp boost with the full system all in static on the dyno, on road testing the throttle response increased dramatically and with an earlier torque curve coming into effect the throttle response and rideability of this bike is awesome.
Weight Savings: There is an overall 3.5Kg weight saving to be gained by fitting the full system.
Finish: The Full System for the R1200 S model consists of the Header pipes with crossover, Collector junction with mounting and Round designed twin undertail mufflers. The system is delivered in Staintune's famous mirror finish, it looks as good as it performs and sounds.
The twin mufflers are a new innovation with advanced internals and finished with a sleek downward cone tail.
Should you wish to only purchase the muffler system, these fit directly to the standard collector exit.
