Bultaco World Cup trophy "Little Bear"
I own a trophy from the early 1950's  It's a first place championship "Loving Cup" with two lions for handles...the base is a little bear climbing at the bottom of a tree. The inscription is in Spanish, and unintelligable to me..

I found the trophy and photographed it, and those photos are in attachment. I was referring maybe incorrectly from memory about the 'Bultaco' connection....it's been in storage over 10 years and I bought it 20 years ago.  The inscription is in the photos and I'll type out what it says here:

                                                        COPA
                                        EXCMO   AYUNTAMIENTO
                            X PREMIO INTERNACIONAL    DE MADRID
                                           CARRERA DE MOTOS
                                                        9-V-1954

...I cant remember where I got the "Bultaco" connection from....do you know if the "little bear climbing the tree" is a logo?  I got this trophy from a Spanish woman (she spoke in a heavy Spanish accent) at a yard sale in Virginia Beach about 20 years ago. This was only one of about 15-20 such trophies she was selling, and she said " they were her husband's motorcycle racing trophies."  He must have been some racer!

I know the spanish word for it which is 'pistola de puesta a punto', but I dont know the english word for that and which brand would you recommend me. I hope you could give me an answer. Thank you for your time.

I think the term you are searching for is "Timing Light". Ed.
