Betty and Nancy Debenham, with their dog, Poncho, were keen motorcyclists. Nancy won a Gold Medal at Brooklands in 1926.

Made in England 1919 to 1920, the Avon was a machine powered by a 269cc or 347cc two-stroke Villiers engine. Very few of these lightweight motorcycles were produced.
