Rafael Mira was an established dealer in automotive and agricultural equipment with premises at 8 Avenida de José Antonio, Valencia. He was a distributor for Cofersa, Ducson, Setter and possibly other motorcycle brands.
From 1961 to 1966 RMH motorcycles were built for them by the Setter firm, powered by 6M 125cc and 10M 197cc Hispano Villiers engines. Around 780 machines were produced. The 125cc RMH and Setter machines were almost identical apart from the badge and the colour, but the Setter used their own Santonja engines.
The company returned to the motorcycle trade in 2017 with the founder's nephew at the helm, selling lightweights manufactured in China and assembled in Elche.
