From their website: "Huisman Leiden opened its first bicycle shop on the Hogewoerd in 1936. At that time, the Huisman brothers themselves produced cargo bikes that were then 'leased' for ƒ 0.25 per week by the peeler, greengrocer and scissor grinder."
The firm has several stores, two of which sell scooters and mopeds. They also market Ligier and JDM microcars.
