Manufactured by Elvish-Fontan in Bordeaux. Post-war addresses were 64 rue de Livron, Pau, and 3 rue de Livron, Pau.
Established in 1883 in England as a cycle company, production moved to France after WWI with famed cyclist Victor Fontan in partnership with M. Grosnier.
In 1929 they built a SV 250cc JAP powered motorcycle of quite modern appearance with saddle tank, drum front brake and girder forks.
In 1951 at the Paris Salon they presented a moped powered by a Cucciolo engine supplied under licence by Rocher. It was a high-end product designed for the fashion concious well-to-do. The firm built a variety of cyclemotors between 1951 and 1957 powered by Cucciolo, Le Poulain and VAP 4 engines.
