Debenham Sisters
Betty and Nancy Debenham, with their dog, Poncho, were keen motorcyclists. Nancy won a Gold Medal at Brooklands in 1926.
The Debenham Sisters
The Wright motorcycle was produced circa 1913.
This rare make appeared shortly before World War I. It was fitted with a 5hp Blumfield engine and probably had cycle parts typical of the era and belt final-drive.
During that year, Hilary Greatwich, of Stourport, won his class at ten hill climbs.
This is possibly Sergeant-Major Hilary John Lloyd Greatwich, Royal Flying Corps, 1914-1922.
