Rulex motorcycles were built in 1904 by the R. L. Motor Engineering
Co. Ltd. of 15 & 16, Verulam Street. Gray's Inn Road, Holborn.
The machine was seen at a show early in 1904, fitted with a 308cc engine
and a two-speed gear. They advertised 2½ h.p. and 3¼ h.p. motorcycles along with a Rulex car.
