Debenham Sisters
Betty and Nancy Debenham, with their dog, Poncho, were keen motorcyclists. Nancy won a Gold Medal at Brooklands in 1926.
The Debenham Sisters
Manufactured by Clifford Day of Martello Plastics, who built two prototypes in 1980 and began production in 1982. The firm's main product was a single-seater sedan model with a roof which folded back for access and an automotive wheel and tyre. By 1984 21 sidecars had been produced, and in 1988 the 30z Special appeared. The last sidecar assemblies were built around 1995, when they ceased work on the project.
