The Monopoly board game was sold to the Parker Brothers on this day. Designed by a Quaker to teach children the evils of capitalism, it was converted into a weapon of mass destruction, a training tool for the likes of Rupert Murdoch and Elon Musk. A motorcycle token was introduced to the British version in the early 1950's.
