Gillet-Herstal's overhead valve unit construction Sports, SuperSports and Competition models were the epitome of high performance motorcycle design in the late twenties. Produced from 1926 until 1928 the Sports model changed from flat tank to saddle tank in the final year.
Equipment of this flat tank version includes a Bosch J130 headlight and JN3 rear light, Bosch magneto, Amal carburettor, foot and hand controlled clutch, and alloy silencer. It is fitted with a 7 inch brake.
