More on the Arno and Red Arno...

Red Arno

Red Arno were motorcycles produced between 1914 and 1915 by a firm in Gosford Street, Coventry.

  • 1914 The name came from the red finish on a 3½ hp TT model.

1915 Two models were listed, both with Senspray carburettor and gear-driven magneto. The 3½ hp had direct-belt drive and the 4½ hp model had a Sturmey-Archer hub gear, still with belt drive. The marque was not listed beyond the end of the year.

Oil pump
Arno not sure
Hi there, I have been asked to make a fuel / oil tank for an Arno. I do not know the vintage or engine capacity as all I have is the old tank to work from. I need to source an oil pump for it and would like to know where would be the best place to look and what would be a ball park price for one. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you,
Hilton Hutchence.
