A Brief History of the Marque
Manufactured: 1935-1937
Guido Premoli was a fine rider who won the 1924 Giro d'Italia on a Saroléa and the 1926 Varese - Campo dei Fiori race on a 500cc Ariel.
He ran a small factory in Varese which was active from 1935 to 1937 (or possibly 1940). The firm built a limited series of racing motorcycles with their own 175cc OHV engines, and also built machines using OMB and 498cc Rudge engines.
His machines were campaigned by Giuseppe Premoli (no relation), who achieved more than 60 victories.
Around four motorcycles were produced each month with a total of some 250 built before war brought a halt to proceedings.
