Loro Vasco Motorcycles

Rider and expert mechanic Vasco Loro built racing motorcycles in the nineteen-sixties using production engines.

Loro took a world record for Motobi in 1955 riding a 250cc dustbin-faired sidecar combination at Monza. He rode it solo, with a 60kg weight in the chair. He took the class records for 8 hours, 500 miles and 1000 km. The machine was displayed at the 1955 Milano Motor Fair.

Vasco Loro competed in the 1971 500cc Grand Prix on a Yamaha.
