75cc Automatic

TOTALLY RESTORED
The Manurhin Concorde scooter – and its twin, the DKW Hobby, which was identical except for its badges and accessories – were popular scooters in the early 1960s. Many were imported into Great Britain, and they sold well in Europe too.

Sales were dominated by mopeds and cyclemotors, and this 75cc scooter was directed toward that market, offering more luxury at a higher price than cyclemotors were able to provide, ie automatic gears, fully enclosed mechanical parts, a faster engine, low centre of gravity and very attractive styling that appealed to every sector of the market.

This machine was totally restored by its previous owner. The engine was stripped down and rebuilt, with new bearings and a rebore; the wheels were rebuilt with new spokes; new tyres and tubes are fitted; the body was stripped and painted in the original colour. It’s in first class condition. It has its registration document.

On sale it will be MOT tested.
