Fantic Trial 200 Help

I have a 1980's Fantic Trial 200 FM 350 with the Dellorto PHBL 25BS Carburetor.

I have recently rebuit the carb and the clutch assembly and Im just wondering if anyone can help me with the following;

Start positions for the Throttle Stop and Air Mixture screws.
Correct running temperature.
Correct torque settings for the clutch assembly screws.

Any help would be grately appreciated.
