A Brief History of the Marque

Manufactured between 2005 and c2011

The Wakan 1640 is a naked sport bike fitted with an American engine in a European chassis built by Joel Domergue, who previously owned (or was a partner in) Scorpa.

The first prototype appeared in 2005 after more than two years of development, with three more built in 2006. Powered by S&S V-twins, the custom sports bikes were very attractive to the American market.

The parent company was Engineering and More Ltd, and their site at engmore.com has been offline since 2011.
