Manufactured by G. Necchi of Pavia, 1948-1954*

Limited production of light motorcycles with Ducati Cucciolo, Garelli Mosquito, Villiers and Sachs engines.

The firm also made sewing machines.

*Tratatsch gives dates of 1951-53 and mentions only Villiers engines of 98 and 123cc.
