Boudier Scooters

A Brief History of the Marque

Manufactured: Boudier 1957

The prototype of the Boudier Super B58 scooter, with an horizontal 125cc Ydral engine, was presented at the Paris Salon of October 1957.

Designed by M. Boudier and produced by the Ateliers aéronautiques de Rambouillet, the scooter had a fibreglass body, conventional scooter-style headlight with a large fog light below within the front guard, and integral hydraulic brakes operated by foot with independent front brake on the handlebars.

Presented at a time when motorcycle and scooter sales were plummeting, the scooter did not enter production.
