Bamo Motorcycles

A Brief History of the Marque

1923-1925
Bautzen motorcycle factory Stäubingen & Klingst, Bautzen

Advertised as "die Qualitätsmaschne das Motorrad f. jedermann", the Bamo brand was manufactured at a small factory in Saxony, the well-concieved designs assembled using parts from various suppliers including engines of 148cc and 173cc from DKW. After two years of production, the brand from Bautzen was vanished - along with a great many others due to the harsh economic climate.
