Keith Hodgson, Yorkshire

Royal Enfield Restorer and Specialist

The hobby that I have been neglecting whilst life's rich tapestry has been evolving, is vintage and veteran motorcycles. Don't get me wrong, the hobby has existed for quite some time, but I haven't been able to spend as much time at it as I would like. Hopefully that is about to change, and I thought "why not write about it at the same time"?

And write he did. Pages of truly fascinating detail on all manner of vintage motorcycles. In addition to Royal Enfields from 1911-1912, 1937 and 1957 there are pieces on Raleigh mopeds (his first bike, one which surely only a mother could love although Keith speaks more kindly of it), and a later steed the BSA C25 Barracuda.

However, the pick of the pages has to be the 1912 V-Twin Prototype.
